What started from humble beginnings has grown into one of the largest and most beloved Jazz Festivals in the country. Full Festival Experience package pricing increases as quantities become limited and price levels sell out. Each full festival package pricing level includes the same items, the earlier you purchase, the more you save!

Starting at tier 1 pricing for $399

Pricing will increase to tier 2 pricing at $499 once tier 1 pricing sells out and will continue from there to additional levels.

Single-Day VIP Festival Experience:

Single-Day VIP Experience packages do not include discounts for purchasing early – but don’t wait because they will sell out before the festival!

PREFERRED SEATING

Skip lugging around your own chair, looking around for a great place to sit, standing in long lines for a cold beverage, and no air-conditioned restrooms. Preferred seating includes it all: a dedicated padded seat that is close to both of the stages, an exclusive bar that’s for preferred seating guests only, and private restrooms with running water and glorious air-conditioning. Please note, this is a separate area from the VIP experience and not an upgrade to the VIP experience.

ORDERS FOR PREMIUM EXPERIENCE PACKAGES WILL BEGIN PROCESSING FOR SHIPMENT AND PICKUP IN APRIL.

Orders placed on or before May 1, 2023, will have the option to be shipped or picked up from the City of Jacksonville Division of Sports & Entertainment.

Orders placed on or after 5PM on May 12, 2023, must be picked up.

Pick-up information will be sent to the email on file once the order is ready. Please do not visit the Division of Sports & Entertainment office prior to receiving confirmation that your order is ready.

FAQ’s for Premium Experience Packages:

• What is the difference between a VIP Experience Package and Preferred Seating? While both options are great, the VIP experience includes enhancements above and beyond the preferred seating experience. Check out the information above on the two experience options to choose the one that fits your style best!

• What is the refund policy? ALL SALES ARE FINAL, there are no refunds permitted. The festival is a rain or shine event. In the event the entire event is canceled, refund information will be sent to attendees. All festival performers are subject to change or cancellation at any time without warning. If changes or cancellations occur with performers, refunds will not be issued.

• Why can’t I ship multiple Premium Experience packages to multiple addresses? For security purposes, we have transitioned to shipping all tickets to one address submitted during your purchase. This will prevent orders from being separated in the mail and arriving at different times. If you would like to ship to multiple addresses, please order tickets separately.

• I thought the festival was free? It is and no ticket or purchase is required! These options are available for those who want a bit of an upgrade.

• Are children free? Premium Experience areas are open to all ages, but everyone of all ages MUST HAVE a pre-purchased wristband to enter. There are no discounts for minors.

• What if I don’t use all my food and beverage credit? For the 2023 festival, we have upgraded the food options for you to spend your credits on. Any unused credits will expire at the end of the date on which your wristband is valid.

• Can I change which day I purchased my single-day pass for? Unfortunately, we will not be able to change or transfer your purchase to a different day.

• I can no longer attend the Jacksonville Jazz Festival, how do I resale or transfer my premium experience packages? The City of Jacksonville does not facilitate the reselling of any Premium Experience packages for the Jacksonville Jazz Festival. Once tickets are purchased, it is the responsibility of the seller and the buyer to facilitate the transfer of Premium Experience packages.

• I only purchased a Premium Experience Package to see a specific performer. Can I have a refund if they cancel? All festival performers are subject to change or cancelation at any time without notice. No refund will be issued if a festival performer is changed or canceled.
