Event FAQs:

Spectator and VIP Ticket – Refund Policy: Esports Engine will only be considering refunds for tickets until September 13th, at 6:00 PM ET. Refunds requests will not be accepted after September 13th, at 6:00 PM ET, and must be emailed to HCSEventsNA@ee.gg. No tickets may be exchanged for event credit with Eventbrite or 343/HCS events. Tickets are non-transferable. In the event that the event is canceled due to the organizer or COVID restrictions, refunds will be processed for all purchasers.
