What time should I get there? We suggest arriving 5-10 mins before the party begins to prep and park.

Can I purchase at the door? This is a presale event. Tickets must be purchased in advance.

What about refunds? All sales are final. If you need to cancel, you may sell your ticket.

Do I have to wear a costume? Yes. Entry is contingent on a full costume. If dressing up in full costume is not your thing, please consider passing on this event. Tickets are non-refundable, including door denials.

Do I need to bring anything? Just yourself, we provide everything for you.

BYOB? Yes. Please consume responsibly.

Can I bring my own snacks? Sorry, outside food is prohibited. We will provide snacks, beverages, and desserts. You may bring your own alcoholic beverages.

What if I have special dietary needs? Please make a note of dietary needs and allergies in the note section upon checkout.

Is there an age requirement? This event is for ages 21+. Please bring your ID.

Can I take pictures? Yes! Pictures are welcome. Recording is prohibited. Please be respectful of the other guests.

If I come late, can I still participate in previous activities? Once a scheduled activity is over, it is over. However, there are activities that last from the beginning until the end.
