We’ll have a number of tables reserved for folks to bring their own wares to trade or sell for store credit.

Reserving a ticket to this event reserves you a single table for your wares. We ask that each person limits themself to just one table.

Feel free to bring any gaming and pop culture related items to the store to try to find it a new home.

Rules of the Swap Meet:

No personal cash/credit card sales in store.

All transactions will either be trades or for store gift cards/credit.

Those with tables reserved will be allowed into the store up to 30 minutes before open to set up their table. Event will run from 11:00am – 5:00pm.

Level Up Games is hosting a Mass Mutation Alliance Sealed KeyForge tournament on Saturday January 28!

Event starts at Noon and first round will begin by 1pm at the latest. We expect to run into the evening, to 9pm or a little later. We will have Swiss rounds (best of 1) with a cut to top 4 (best of 3).

In Alliance Sealed, you will receive two sealed decks and have half an hour to select which three pods (of different houses) to use in your deck before round 1. You may swap house pods between games (both in the Swiss rounds and the top cut best of 3 games).

There will be a short break for food before the top cut.

In the quiet village of Ravenswood Bluff, ‌a demon walks amongst you…

During a hellish thunderstorm, on the stroke of midnight, there echoes a bone-chilling scream. The townsfolk rush to investigate and find the town storyteller murdered, their body impaled on the hands of the clocktower, blood dripping onto the cobblestones below. A Demon is on the loose, murdering by night and disguised in human form by day. Some have scraps of information. Others have abilities that fight the evil or protect the innocent. But the Demon and its evil minions are spreading lies to confuse and breed suspicion. Will the good townsfolk put the puzzle together in time to execute the true demon and save themselves? Or will evil overrun this once peaceful village?

Blood on the Clocktower is a bluffing game enjoyed by 5 to 20 players on opposing teams of Good and Evil, overseen by a Storyteller player who conducts the action and makes crucial decisions. The goal of the game is to successfully deduce and execute the demons before they outnumber the townsfolk.

During a ‘day’ phase players socialize openly and whisper privately to trade knowledge or spread lies, culminating in a player’s execution if a majority suspects them of being Evil. During a ‘night’ time, players close their eyes and are woken one at a time by the Storyteller to gather information, spread mischief, or kill.

The Storyteller uses the game’s intricate playing pieces to guide each game, leaving others free to play without a table or board. Players stay in the thick of the action to the very end even if their characters are killed, haunting Ravenswood Bluff as ghosts trying to win from beyond the grave.

If you arrive late to a game, you can enter after it’s started as a powerful Traveler character with unusual talents and questionable allegiances. Each character comes with their own special ability and no two players in a game are ever the same character.

Celebrating Level Up Games bringing Conquest to the store and on its shelves!

Players will Demo games of First Blood at 3 tables. We’ll have an official Vanguard on hand who will be happy to answer questions or give participants the opportunity to play intro games to Conquest: First Blood. Parabellum’s fast-paced and exciting skirmish game. The same miniatures from that game can also be used in Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings.

We will also be opening up some starter kits to showcase the models and some of the hobby aspect of the game. There may be some extra surprises in store for those who sign up and participate in the event. Details on that to come as we get closer to the event.

Level Up Games is hosting our first Warhammer 40,000 Crusade league of the year. If you are more a casual/storyline driven player then this league is the place for you to break out all those new models you were gifted over the holidays.

Tournament Format: This will be a 3 round, 115 point Team Yankee tournament. Standard tournament scoring with three 2.5 hour rounds. There will be a two formation limit, and with the exception of the first round (which will have a special Airborne flavor) we will use the June 2022 Extended Mission Plans. All ties will be determined by # of enemy platoons destroyed. The tournament will be ran with the Best Coast Pairings app, which players are encouraged to download.

Airborne Rules: To celebrate the release of Red Dawn, players will have the option to launch an Airborne/Air Assault attack on the first round of the tournament. Any NATO or WARSAW PACT formation that is eligible to conduct an Airborne/Air Assault (as defined by the Airborne Assault Mission Pack) may elect to play the Air Assault Mission as the attacker in the first round. The other player is required to be the defender. If both players are eligible to conduct an Airborne/Air Assault and wish to be the attacker, roll off to determine attacker. In subsequent rounds, if both players agree to play the Air Assault Mission, they may do so in lieu of rolling on the Extended Mission Plans table.

The new helicopters are allowed either as substitutes, or for additional points as listed in the Airborne Assault Mission Pack. Players either need to have the new models or the cut outs from the Airborne Assault Mission Pack to be able to use the new units.

Player Limit: We are only limited by the amount of terrain available, the store and T.Os are able to provide enough terrain for 8 players initially. Please let us know if you are willing to provide a table when you sign up by emailing events@levelupgamesatl.com .

Cost: $15 Entry fee to pre-register, $20 day of. All money will go toward prize support, with 1st place, Best Sportsman, and Best Painted guaranteed to receive prizes. Additional prizes will determined by the number of players, and players will only be eligible to receive 1 prize.

Single Figure

Large Figure/Vehicle

Young Painters

Single Figure – Size Restriction: 5x5x5 inches, including base.

Smaller figure or a figure such as a knight on a horse, which fall within the size restriction. This includes mount and appendages. The judges reserve the right to move entries intended for the Single category to the Large category if they are too large for the single category.

Large Figure/Vehicle – Size Restriction: 9x9x9 inches, including base.

Large Figure – Single Figure that is larger than the Single Figure category size restrictions. Large monsters, dragons, statues, busts, large scale miniatures, etc.

Large Vehicle – All vehicles and machines with crew. This includes all tanks, ships, siege engines, all weaponry that contains or is run by one or more crew figures. The entire entry must be on a unifying base, board, or movement tray.

Young Painter (Ages 15 and younger) – Size Restriction: 5x5x5 inches, including base. Smaller figure or a figure such as a knight on a horse, which fall within the size restriction. This includes mount and appendages.

Judging Criteria Defined: Ability and Execution: The technical proficiency used in the painting and modeling of the entry. Obvious technical faults are mold lines, sloppy joins, rough primer, or sloppy paint.

Competition Rules:

Single entry per person per category.

Entrant must have painted the entire figure/vehicle themselves. No commissions or team entries.

You may not enter any miniature that has previously won any type of prize or award in any other competition.

Entries must be received by 11 am Saturday April 22, 2023.

Category selection will be day of event for models submitted.

Judging will begin at noon.

Awards between 12:30-1pm.

Would appreciate contestants able to leave entries to be on display in store for duration of event.
